Still sickly, but getting over it. This was a lost weekend-- we were supposed to go shopping at World Market, Costco, have lunch at Art's BBQ, and go to a party on Sunday night (all via two trips to Tucson), but I didn't leave the house all freakin' weekend. The Husband
westonochse went out several times, including to get me chicken soup and to buy dog food (one of the things we would've stocked up on at Costco). I slept nearly the entire weekend away, interspersed with watching movies. As of this morning I'm at work but coughing nastily and still running a fever; sometime this week I must go to Tucson to buy the ornaments for the office holiday party that I didn't get this weekend-- they must be purchased, prepped and delivered to the banquet hall by Friday. Also as of this morning The Husband is getting sickly; he's planning on knocking off work at the half day mark and going home to bed. :(
I swiped the following from
officialgaiman . While I'm clearly more comfortable on home rather than international soil, I am all over that home soil. Notice, however, that I avoid the frigid northern wastes as much as possible.
